CATEX has come a long way since it’s first show in Dublin’s Mansion House in 1965. Since that landmark moment CATEX has grown into a dynamic, 15,000sq.m. event, showcasing the very best of Ireland’s €6bn food service industry to more than 10,000 trade visitors every two years.
